AbcLotto is a tool for generating number sets for lottery games. It is appropriate for all lottery games up to number 70 with a draw set size of 1 through 7. Numbers are picked in a random or QuickPick fashion, via a weighted function which is derived from past winning numbers or by the cyclic and wheeling functions. Also supports powerball games. Uses 24kb of RAM.
